1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website www.exacmatch.com and our mobile application (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including both job seekers (“Candidates”) and employers or recruiters (“Employers”).

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Responsibilities

a. For Candidates

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, content, and legality of the information you post on the Service, including your resume, profile information, and any other data. You represent and warrant that the information you provide does not infringe on any third-party rights.

b. For Employers

You agree that you will use the Service only for lawful purposes to seek potential employees for your organization. You may not use the information obtained from the Service for any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Posting any information that is incomplete, false, inaccurate, or not your own.

• Posting any content that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, threatening, abusive, or hateful.

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or any illegal activity.

• Impersonating any person or entity.

• Attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ExacMatch and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ExacMatch.

By posting content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the application settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Use of the Service is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

ExacMatch does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements; that the Service will be available at any particular time or location, uninterrupted or secure; or that any defects or errors will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ExacMatch, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State, e.g., Ghana], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms
